At Maria Nila, we want you to love your 100% vegan and CO2 compensated hair care products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are secure to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
